They rigorously hand-select the best fishes, then hand-pack them to maintain the same high quality for anchovies, tuna and octopuses and preserve their natural taste, juice and texture.
The freshly caught octopus is slow cooked and prepared on the boat and packed straight away.
Pre-Cooked Octopus Legs are just perfect and delicious and ready to eat, or you can pan fry or grill them before serving. In the pack you will have two legs so it’s perfect for 2 servings.
