Le Brun de Neuville is a brand with more than 60 years of history. The company was built around the families of winegrowers with one common desire to reveal the Cote de Sezanne, along with the generous and solar identity of its Chardonnays.
They are located in the heart of the Cote de Sezanne slopes and spreads over 40 km for a total AOC Champagne area of 1500 hectares shared within 12 villages.
Most of the cuvees are created from several vintages what gives excellent aging potential. Millesime 2008 Champagne (750ml) has been aged for 9 years and has a light green yellow colour with pale and lightly lemon yellow hints.
With the first notes you get the flavours of lemon heart, citron, pebbly chalk, verbena and biscuit. After aerated the Millesime Champagne reveals notes of rhubarb, fresh grape and some acacia fragrance.
Millesime Champagne can be beautifully pared with oysters, scallops, Steamed Gravlax salmon, lobster, fresh Brillat-Savarin cheese and fresh goat cheese.
