Domaine Carrette is a family domaine located in Vergisson, the area of Burgundy in Eastern France, and it’s currently run by the third generation of Hervé Carrette. The vineyard comprises 15 hectares with a characteristic clay-limestone soil that provides the grapes with a unique purity and typicity.

Pouilly-Fuissé is the oldest and most prestigious appellation in the Mâconnais region of southern Burgundy.

This is a fresh and elegant wine with intense notes of stone fruits on the nose and a touch of vanilla and spices. A great wine to enjoy with pasta, veggie dishes or cured meats.
