Juan Pedro Domecq raise their small herd of 100% Iberian pork in their family Odessa near Seville, Spain. They control each stage of the processes, from rearing to curing, to ensure the best quality meat. The natural acorn-based diet gives Iberico pork a delicious, nutty, buttery fat which melts in the mouth.

Acorn Fed 100% Iberico Jabuguito is an extraordinary piece, prepared with a mixture of the best meats in the Iberico pig. It combines the best flavour of chorizo with a little spicy touch that makes it irresistible. Cured for approximately 3 months.

It is ideal for many traditional Spanish recipes, and delicious when fried and great for “tapas”.
