Aberdeen Black Angus beef from our specially chosen grass fed British cattle, is matured on the bone for 21 days and 7 days off the bone to deliver that distinctive aged, grass fed beef flavour.
Our exclusive Porterhouse steak has been crafted by our Master Butcher, with the best of both worlds - a juicy sirloin on one side of the bone and a tender filet on the other. This means some of the best flavour the beast has to offer in one enormous steak that's enough to feed two adults comfortably.
Chefs Tip: Season steak generously with some oil, cook for approx 4-5 minutes per side on a high heat to get a good char colour. Place in 200C oven for 20 mins or till internal is 45C. Rest for 6-8 mins.
