White Coco Beans are a variety of haricot. Tender with an earthy and nutty flavour. They are traditionally used in cassoulet, a French classic and comforting slow-cooked dish of coco beans with meat.

Cooking suggestion: Soak overnight. In a sauce pan, cover with water 3 times the volume of white coco beans and cook for 1 hour 20 minutes.
