Maple 8 Vinegar is made from the finest Quebec maple syrup that has been aged in French oak barrels for more than four years and naturally has aromas of vanilla and honey. Crisp and fresh Maple 8 Vinegar has elegant notes of ripe yellow plum, cooked apple and French vanilla, with woody and nutty undertones. Excellent in BBQ sauces, for marinating fish and chicken, or glazing root vegetables.
