Bordier is a family history company born in Saint Malo (Brittany) and founded by Jean-Yves Bordier. They are artisans of their famous butter and other dairy products in a very traditional way being the last company making butter by hand in wooden cylinder, which are then moulded by expert hands with palettes to preserve their texture.

Bordier Rice Pudding made in a French artisan way. The rich smoothness of cream combined with melt-in-your-mouth rice chocked in a full fat milk with a touch of vanilla.

You can enjoy Bordier Rice Pudding chilled or slightly warmed for 2-3 minutes at 150C (300F) in the oven. Serve it with Bordier Liquid caramel, fruit jam or fruit puree.
