Bordier is a family history company born in Saint Malo (Brittany) and founded by Jean-Yves Bordier. They are artisans of their famous butter and other dairy products in a very traditional way being the last company making butter by hand in wooden cylinder, which are then moulded by expert hands with palettes to preserve their texture.
The Bordier yoghurt is made with full-cream organic milk and natural fruits which provides the characteristic sweet flavour with a smooth and creamy texture. They are served in a traditional glass jar just like in the old times. For this recipe they used Madagascan Vanilla.
