Burrata is a fresh cheese made from cow's milk that has a firm exterior and creamy 'stracciatella' interior. Streaky 'stracciatella' is formed when milk curdles are carefully sliced by hand. Multi award-winning Burrata has twice been awarded the Best Burrata in the World at the Italian Cheese Awards.
