With Classic Deli, we want to offer to foodies who are passionate about gastronomy, our fine food ingredients and gourmet products, that our chefs usually cook in their kitchen, delivered straight to your door, for you to COOK LIKE A CHEF AT HOME!
1. How to place an order?
Visit our website https://classicdeli.co.uk/ to place an order. You don't need to create an account to place an order if you don't want. All the orders have to be placed via our website.

2. Is there a minimum order?
Yes we ask you to spend a minimum of £40.
3. Is there a delivery charge?
We have a delivery charge of £5 for any order less than £100. For any order of £100 or more, the delivery is free.
4. How will I receive my order confirmation?
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation order by mail with your order number, order details, and confirmation of your delivery date.

1. Where do you deliver?
We deliver Nationwide, with the exception of Northern Ireland, Scottish highlands and the Channel Islands.
2. When do you deliver?
Our delivery times are from 7:00am to 6:00pm, 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday). We don't do deliveries on Sunday.
We operate a next day delivery, depending on next available delivery slot, 2:00pm cut-off- time. That means that if you place your order before 2:00pm you will be able to receive your delivery the next day, but if you place your order after 2:00pm your order will be delivered as early as possible the following day.
To choose your delivery date, please select the delivery date in our calendar when you check-out. We propose to you our earliest delivery date depending on your area.
3. When is the next available delivery date?
Once you have completed your shopping, click on the Proceed to Checkout button and fill your personal information. In the Shipping method you will be able to choose your delivery date on our calendar where you will see all available delivery dates for your area.
4. Can I select a delivery timeslot?
Orders will be delivered between 7:00am and 6:00pm on your choosen delivery date. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to advise on more specific delivery times or offer delivery slots at present.
For the orders sent via a third party (outside Greater London), you will receive a tracking notification where you will be able to monitor the status of your delivery. At present, orders delivered within the Greater London area can not be tracked but we are working to improve this.
5. How do you deliver the products?
All of our products are delivered by either refrigerated vehicles or insulated packaging and chilled gel packs in order to keep your delivery fresh during transit.
For Classic Fine Foods protecting both employees and customers is our main priority. We've strengthened hygiene procedures with very strict measures to guarantee maximum safety to our packing and delivery systems.
Drivers are wearing gloves when handling orders and are required to wash their hands before shift, after shift and between jobs. They wear a new pair of gloves for each delivery. Vehicles are washed and sanitized thoroughly at the end of each day. Where possible orders are delivered to customers with minimal to no contact.
They will leave the delivery at your door and are not, under any circumstances, able to enter your property.
6. What happens if no one is home ?
If the driver arrives and there is no one home, your delivery will be left in a safe place outside. We cannot arrange redelivery, so please ensure someone is at the property for the day you have ordered your items.
1. I haven't received my delivery timeslot notification email
Please check your junk or spam folders in case you haven’t received it. Although every effort is made by our third party deliveries drivers to provide a delivery window, when this is not possible delivery should be expected between 7:00am and 6:00pm of your chosen delivery day. We are working hard to improve the accuracy of our delivery service and provide all customers with a specified timeslot.
2. My order hasn't arrived
