Minced from Wagyu steak trimmings, our Wagyu Mince is a little more fatty than other minces (80% fat free) but this is what makes it fantastic for your mince recipes such as spaghetti Bolognaise, burgers, wontons, meatballs and lasagne.

Chefs Tip – For burgers, just add a little salt and pepper and roll Wagyu mince into burger sizes amounts and then add a cube of cheddar cheese in the middle for the most delicious burger experience.
