The extra thick cut ribeye on bone looks beautiful on the grill - the rib bone provides a particularly intense meat flavour with the ribeye thick fat when it renders down.
Chefs Tip: Season well, cook for approx. 4-5 minutes per side on a high heat to get a good char colour. Place in 200C oven for 25 mins or till internal is 50C. Rest for 6-8 mins.
