Our exclusive Porterhouse steak has been crafted by our Master Butcher, with the best of both worlds - a juicy sirloin on one side of the bone and a tender filet on the other. This means some of the best flavour the beast has to offer in one enormous steak that's enough to feed two adults comfortably.

Chefs Tip: Season and oil well, heat up a hot skillet and sear both sides of the steak. Place in 200C oven and cook fillet to 50C. Remember that the fillet will cook first, so cook your fillet to medium and then your sirloin will be medium rare. Rest for 8+ mins.
