Bordier is a family history company born in Saint Malo (Brittany) and founded by Jean-Yves Bordier. They are artisans of their famous butter and other dairy products in a very traditional way being the last company making butter by hand in wooden cylinder, which are then moulded by expert hands with palettes to preserve their texture. 

Made with Bordier butter, the babas is a traditional French cake made of vanilla pod sugar coated yeast soaked in rum, this is the most traditional version of the babas.

This delicious dessert in a jar can be enjoyed by itself in its syrup or served with whipped cream, fresh fruit or ice cream.
