Loch Fyne exclusively sources farmed salmon from Global G.A.P approved farms on Loch Fyne and selected lochs in Scotland to ensure the highest farming standards for the fish and its environment. Kinglas Smoked Salmon is the centre cut fillet taken from the crown of the classic smoked salmon. It is first cured with brown sugar and sea salt, then gently smoked over oak shavings from retired whisky casks. Kinglas Smoked Salmon has a mild delicate flavour, and incredibly moist texture. Excellent with a squeeze of lemon juice or with scrambled eggs. 

Chef's tips: Take out from the refrigerator 10 minutes before serving to enjoy its full flavour.
