Situated in the heart of the Bay of Biscay in Spain, Don Bocarte is a Master specialised in prized anchovies, tuna and octopuses. They rigorously hand-select the best fishes, then hand-pack them to maintain the same high quality for anchovies, tuna and octopuses and preserve their natural taste, juice and texture.

Harvest from March to June, fresh Anchovies matured in salt for 8 to 10 months before being packed in Spanish extra virgin olive oil.
